Crazy thought.. but what if Randle is given the task of defending Wemby. Rudy is clearly not working anymore. You need someone strong who can get into his body, a la Draymond. Hold on to Wemby and prevent him from moving around freely. In that scenario, Rudy's probably the on who has to go to the bench?

Randle cant guard or defend @kskate2 @DarthFed or my old azz.. Draymond knows how to move his feet and will stand his ground.. Randle is big and looks like the character from Star Wars Rebel but he aint no badass to sacrifice his body like Draymond.. Randle is not that dude to do the dirty work.. He talks tough on the court but just like Meddy told Stefanos in Miami. " You talk but you don't want to fight. " Naz Reid obviously isnt afraid but he cant because he is needed on offense to help Antman.

Imagine the criticism LeBron would have gotten if he had the cakewalk the Knicks have to the NBA Finals. At least LeBron faced his share of very good Pacers and Celtics teams throughout the years when he was in the Eastern Conference, and in his earlier years, those Pistons teams that made 6 straight Eastern Conference Finals. The Knicks haven't faced a team in this playoffs that are anywhere near the level of those teams.

The Knicks haven't faced a team in this playoffs that are anywhere near the level of those teams.

LeBron gets crazy criticism no matter what. He is probably the most hated athlete any of us can think of, let’s be real. The East his last 4 years with the Cavs was definitely weaker than his first stint with Cleveland and the 4 years with Miami. There were no other strong teams in the East those years but then again, those Cavs were never world beaters either. And that’s part of the Bron hatred where people act like he’s been on nothing but super teams his whole career. I’m sorry but Kyrie and Love with a pretty bad cast after that is no super team. Again do the exercise where you take LeBron off those Cavs teams, IMO they either miss the playoffs narrowly or get bounced in the first round, aside from 2018 when that is easily a bottom 3 roster without LeBron on it. Kyrie is definitely not a top dog type player and is flawed and fragile overall, and Love was never a winning player either.

It’s pretty telling that as soon as LeBron left the East you went from a guy getting there 8 straight times to a revolving door of teams making it every year. And it is a conference that has had Giannis and Embiid in it.
