Lil Bit still a head case. Girl was up a break several times in the match and kept giving the lead away. It's why she hasn't gotten close to top 15 since that USO run. She was 3/14 or 3/18 on bp's. That can't happen against a top player. Elena was pretty poor for most of the match and gave all those opportunities that Leylah didn't take.

Iga was probably thanking Mirra for dismissing her nemesis until she realized this girl means business.

Coco, what can anyone say? She continues to be a mess. Should have really lost in straights, but Chrissy daughter got tight. That FH, serve and shot selection was all over the place today. She like Chuck has a boatload of points to defend on the dirt. She did make Miami final, but she's got finalist points from Madrid and Rome, plus her RG title coming off. Will be very interesting indeed. Iga is breathing down her neck by less than 200 points.

Muchova serving for the match against Svitolina 5-4,, it will be her first victory over Elina in 4 attempts, this is their first meeting on clay, a couple of points in that 3rd set made the difference, Muchova beating 2 players back to back she never beat before ( Gauff in the QF yesterday)
Well done Muchova first player through to the final, defeating Svitolina 64 26 64

In the 2nd SF Rybakina d Andreeva 75 61
Rybakina played a much better match that her QF against Fernandez, a close 1st set, then Rybakina too strong in the 2nd set much better off the ground than Andreeva, , Andreeva has played a lot of tennis of late, she looked tired to me,especially in the 2nd set, not taking anything away from the winner Rybakina

Hoping Karo can bring that Porsche on home. She needs to return well like she's been doing all week. I expect her to frustrate Elena into making errors.

Congratulations to Elena Rybakina who played her best match at the tournament in the final, dominant on serve and off the ground, she has only lost 1set of tennis ( against Fernandez) all tournament, too good today for Muchova winning 75 61and winning the Stuttgart title, ( her 2nd title in Stuttgart) she has also won a Porcshe, this time she can drive it, as she has got her drivers licence ( her 2nd Porsche). Muchova in defeat had a good week getting to the final, as she said in her RU speech Rybakina was too good today

Rybakina's 13th career title
2nd title in 2026

BTW Rybakina putting pressure now on Sabalenka.for the rest of the clay season
Sabalenka has to defend 2,515 points
Rybaskina has to defend 870

Like Karo said, she was too good today. Lil Bit gets an assist. She really tuned up Elena's game in the QF. She served lights out yesterday and today. Sorry Karo, better luck next year. She did get some much needed wins this week especially against Coco and Svito. Happy driving Elena!

Muchova has withdrawn from Madrid, I feel is a wise choice
