IMO, no. It should be a song intended to an instrumental, such as this:


You're spot on. Perhaps it can be used as a separate topic devoted on homemade Backing Tracks, as there is a software program that does this as well as vocal only tracks and some of these has come up good. Will certainly post a few.

Elton John - " Funeral for a Friend" , but this segues to "Love Lies Bleeding".

Not sure but i would say at the point of 5:42 is where the "Funeral" finishes and "Love Lies Bleeding" starts up.
