Yes, the first semi is decided.

It's Boom Boom versus the Crafty One.

H2H is 1-1, last was a straight set win by Aggie in Dubai 2012

Going with the German in three sets. Her serve and FH is going to get some key free points at the big moments.

Aga will run down everything that Sabine throws at her,she will wear out Lisicki and defends better than Sabine. That lack of pace will trouble Lisicki..if Lisicki wins she will lose to Bartoli..

If Aga can keep the match long I think she will win. I think Sabine can get frustrated in long matches (i.e. Kerber 2012). If Sabine can use her weapons well she could end it in straights. Great effort by Aga to get back to the SFs after a pretty awful year so far.

Sabine in 3 sets.....with her power hitting,serve....I feel she could hit Aga off the court. She has to be patient.

Radwanska can anticipate well and defends well against big hitters..Lisicki will fail to hit Aga off because she will be forced to generate her own pace and Aga will not give her pace..
I am taking Aga in 3 sets...she is due for a slam...

Sabine has also had less time on court than Aga in her matches
I am hearing reports that Aga has a right leg injury?
Can someone confirm this at all please.

Aggie had visits from trainer during her match today, they wrapped her leg in heavy bandage and she continued...
Like to hear post match interview myself.

I'm hoping Sabine wins it all. She displayed such guts and determination to beat Serena. I mean, what a story that would make for her to achieve the ultimate goal here.

Sabine has no issues generating pace, boom boom can finish points in 2 strokes!
I am thinking Aggie will be sore after playing that 2 hour 45 minute battle with Li but Sabine only played 1 hour and will be much fresher, I am also thinking Aggie is more injured than she is showing, Aggie will be blown off the court here, me thinks.
These are pictures wired by AP photograhers during today's match, this is right before the rain stoppage that caused them to close the roof.

Note the heavy bandage on right leg.

I picked Sabine in 3 but I wouldn't be surprised if she won it in straights.

Thanks for posting Aga's pressor
I still feel Sabine has a advantage in this match up
Sabine has spent less time on court than Aga.
I know Sabine likes pace and wont like the off pace balls and different spins from Aga.
Still I am going with Sabine in

as Kiu pointed out, that was a lot of tennis for Aga. so i think Sabine has a shot. and who knows, once BoomBoom makes the F - might be a great moment for her to show that she can not only play, but win as well. /gettingaheadofmyself.

i'm really fine with either side. love both, for all their different approaches to the game. whoever wins, i hope they don't exert too much energy and remain fresh for the final (which is why i might be leaning towards Lisicki).

After the loss of Petra and Li I believe Sabine is going to win it all. Voted Sabine in three here.

I am the only one that feels that Sabine will blink and lose this match because of Radwanska consistency.Radwanska is smart and will find a way to wear out Sabine...

Just read on TW.Com that Ivanovic has parted ways with Nigel Spears and will be coached by Ricardo Sanchez who
currently coaches Verdasco.
