So, in order for Nadal and/or Federer to win the title, they have to beat each other first then face Murray, and potentially face Djokovic in the Finals. Yep, that's one heck of a tall order.

Iona16, looks you are right again about Rafa/Andy potential match-up.

Isner is a potential 4th round match-up for Nadal.

Tomic v Querrey is another good first rounder. not an insurmountable obstacle for Bernie, but enough of a challenge to let us know if he has any intentions to head back into the valuable top 32 range any time soon.

also, Verdasco v Malisse, with the winner potentially facing Gulbis.

Unless one of them gets Rosoled.

Rosol could get in the history books if he takes out Roger in R3.

After seeing the draw, I will go Murray to win the title over Djokovic. I just don't think Nadal and Federer will have enough fuel to potentially win three straight tough matches in a row.

I definitely think Murray can beat Tsonga. The wildcard is the potential Nadal/Fed vs. Murray.

:clap Thank you Mastoor! :clap

Thanks also for putting in some interesting first round matches. I appreciate Donskoy - Isner (rematch of S'Hertogenbosch) and Hewitt - Wawrinka (which wawrinka will lose I am afraid).

Hanescu is also not an easy first match for the Fedster. I appreciate you giving him the excercise since his run will probably already end in the QF this year.

Question though: why did you put Haas in No1e's quarter?

I was really hoping Rafa and Roger would be on opposite sides. It's the fifth anniversary of their 2008 epic, so it would have been fitting for them to play another final.

Actually this is much better in that respect. You're assured that the match will actually happen (80% probability IMO). Chances are significantly slimmer that that final would actually happen. I don't think its likely that both Federer and Nadal would be able to beat Murray AND Djokovic.

Looking forward to it. Good that the second week will be interesting from the start.

I usually prefer week 1 to be honest, because that is when the most surprises occur. Somethimes the final rounds are an afterthought.
About Nole, I have no idea what was Maastor thinking...Nole has never defeated Haas on grass:puzzled

Or, Olivier Rochus (5'6" / 1.7 meters) vs. Kevin Anderson (6'8" / 2.1 meters).

This is right up there with Ollie having to play Isner in Newport in 2011.

Djokovic could not have asked for a better draw. I hope he makes the most of it!

He could actually, because he got the highest unseeded player in R1, who's a former QF and the toughest match-up for him on grass in R4.
Of course, his SF oppoenent will be most likely an easy one, but he has to get there first.

^^ The picture looks.... weird!!!

Fun match, I'd like to see it.

Btw, isn't Steve Darcis (Oliviers brother right) the guy who made the comments on Nadal doping? I hope he is ready to swallow some bakery products if that is true. Or was it someone else? I can't remember.

No worries about Mayer. Yes, he made the QF once, but he has never seriously challenged any of the top 4 I think. Only a guy with a huge serve is better to avoid at the early stages.

That was Olivier's brother Christophe.

I like the draw, a Rafa/Roger match won't be taxing for him. Biggest obstacles like always is to play good enough in the first three matches. I would love to see Murray/Rafa once again.......fireworks.

Novak has a tough path as well, if this was the UO he would be the favorite with this draw but not at Wimbledon.

Prior to the draw, I thought Wawrinka would do resonably well at W but his draw is beyond cruel.
Hewitt in 1st, Isner in 3rd, Nadal in 4th and ofcourse in the extremely unlikely event of getting past those, Federer, Murray and Djokovic.
He might as well make the most of it at Hertogenbosch because he ain't going far at Wimby.
