Some great matches......
Stosur v Lisicki.....Lisicki will be too strong on grass for Stosur.
Radwanska v Keyes.........Keys could hit Radwanska off the court.Still I am going for Radwanska she has more variety in her game and
she loves the grass at Wimbledon.
Li v Zakopalova.....Li should win this match if she remains focused.
Pironkova v Martic......Pironkova too good on the grass
Riske v Kanepi.......Kanepi for me....she needs to play first strike tennis.
Hopefully the rain wont wont spoil the party again.
In regards to Petra's match against Makarova....she can count her lucky stats rain came and postponed the match.

I guess that's a typo, but it's great.

I hope Radwanska can keep going, at least to the SF. I like her game an awful lot.

OOps a typo error....lol!
Should read....'she can count her lucky stars'
Still I feel this match is a car crash waiting to happen for Petra.

Same here. Surprising that they put her on court three. Her match against Madison Keys is potentially one of the most fascinating womens matches today.

This Sloane match is awful. It's like watching good junior tennis

You think this is like good junior tennis? I think it's a level below that!

Never the less, Sloane made a little come-back in the 3rd set and won the match, she is now into the round of 16

Petra won as well, also in 3 sets.
Keys vs. Aggie just started.

I have watched Sloane a few times, she always plays like this, unbalanced Tennis, she can be brilliant on one point and awful the next, keeps the opponent out of rhythm too.

Now Keys is playing so well, and striking the ball pretty good. I don't understand why the American Media doesn't hype her the way they hype Sloane

Oh, they will!

Laura Robson has got herself back into her match.

I thought she was going to lose, Erakovic(sounds so erotic!) was ahead 5-4 in the second set and serving for the match, Robson won that set 7-5
The Brits must have gone wild!

Kiu. Get your mind out of the gutter :D

Meanwhile, Madison comes down to earth and drops serve in the crucial 12th game to lose the set 7-5. The grass court specialist Pironkova is up a set and 3-1 over Martic

I am just Erakovic'd out!
And so is Erakovic, she is out!! Robson got early breaks in the final set and won it 6-3, into the final 16 she goes, she won't be facing any seeds there either...

The Brits have both genders alive going into the second week, when was the last time that happened?

Madison has a good chance of winning the second set, now serving for it leading 5-4

Lets go KEYS!!

Probably in the 70's? Anyway, Madison rebounds and takes the 2nd set 6-4. Onto the decider.

Keys held for 1-1 in the decider. A marathon game. Well, sort of. It took 8 or 9 minutes. But it wasn't 20 minutes or anything. Saved 5 break points. It was an important hold because it came after a game in which she was up 40-0 on Radwanska's serve and let all 3 of those break points slip away. We're on serve 2-1 Radwanska.

Make it 3-2 and Madison is every one of Aga's service game. Keys has 58 winners already.

Well Radwanska is 2 points from it now. Too bad. Keys has played well. And against a lesser player may have won today. But Radwanska has just been too consistent for her and so crafty as always. And as I write this she has gotten to match point. She's got 3.

Well... quicker than Radwanska earned her 3 match points Keys erased them.

But has given her another one.

Then 2 aces to set up game point.

And a third ace in a row to win the game. Radwanska will serve for the match though. Good lord that was ridiculous. 3 huge aces to end that. Ridiculous.

Now Radwanska will have 2 match points on her own serve.

Return error from Keys to give Radwanska the win on her fifth match point. Keys fought well. But just too many error. A ton of winners. But a ton of errors too. Too bad. Mostly because I despise Radwanska. Hopefully Keys can continue to develop, mostly making herself more consistent. Good match.

Madison was close, but that's the difference between the top players and the up and comers. Keys needs to work on fitness because I think she got tired in the middle of the 3rd set and was just spraying the ball.

Meanwhile, Sam takes the opening set over Sabine 6-4
