Interesting - Hewitt surely popularized it - just about all juniors and pros use the battle cry catch phrase - not sure if this entrepreneur can turn it into profits - Hewitt had an apparel line with his signature battle cry but it probably went belly up - Hewitt stopped wearing it years ago and has since worn Yonex and Athletic DNA -

I've just had a look at some of Connors's celebrations on YT and reading his lips, seems he mostly yelled "c'mmon", once he repeated it several times.

I'd be interested to hear if you ever find out who was the first to start with that. I know when someone asked who was the first to towel after every point I read on the internet someone said Rusedski.
