For starters...

Entering the top 20: Pablo Carreno Busta, Jack Sock, Alexander Zverev, Juan Martin del Potro

Leaving: John Isner, Ivo Karlovic, Richard Gasquet

Contenders (players who have a chance of getting in, but may not quite make it): Karen Khachanov, Kyle Edmund, Daniel Evans, Steve Johnson, Jiri Vesely

I need to get rid of one more current top 20 player to get all four of those guys in, but can't decide who falls out. Probably someone who struggles with injury.

As for the exact order, I'll have to work on that...

If I had to guess I'd say the last 4 fall out though I'd like to see Dimitrov improve (but don't see it happening) and Karlovic stay in. Yeah, his missile serve may be boring for many, but he has a nice net game too actually and he's a very funny guy (Twitter page has some hilarious quotes) so I hope he stays in but I doubt he will.

17. Grigor Dimitrov
18. Richard Gasquet
19. John Isner
20. Ivo Karlovic

Sock entered the top 20 displacing Karlovic.
Jack has enough game to become now a permanent resident of the top 20. He just needs stay consistent.
