I am not a moderator or organizer of this site. But my guess is that it counts how
many times you misbehaved and after sufficient number of times you will be banned.

So, behave yourself Golden Boy.

Your warning level goes up by 1 now for asking such silly questions.

That's basically correct. Banning is a multiple-step process, vs. the result of a single problem. Fortunately it has very rarely been done due to the high quality of the members of our community. :clap
