There's a tennis podcast called Thirty Love that I recommend and has a really excellent interview with Rohit Brijnath (Feb 19), a sportswriter working out of Singapore, with a focus on Roger Federer. Lots of good stuff.
One comment he made is that he no longer will predict what happens with Federer, as the old maestro is rewriting what is possible. I think we've all learned that lesson.
Another comment worth mentioning, that some have said around these parts, is that we (or sportswriters) tend to anoint the next great player too soon, which can be damaging to them and their development. He didn't mention any names, but Dimitrov, Kyrgios, and Zverev all came to mind.
Anyhow, check it out.
