This is my 34th year following the tour...although I worship at the alter of Borg, Mac, Connors,
Vilas, etc..and I have seen every #1 in person...Lendl, Becker, Agassi, Edberg, Sampras, Courier,
Etc, this is a great era..

I love January...the players come out with new gear...clothes, rackets...and new coaches!

Before the internet you had to guess what new frame and string they were using!

I myself am waiting to buy 3 new Graphene Prestiges!

It is going to be a VERY interesting..can Nadal continue is dominance..can Djoker regain the #1 ranking?

This is the time of year when a lot of us amongst the dedicated in the Northern Hemisphere become Aussie Open Vampires…up all night, and sleeping in the day. I DO love the reflected warmth of Australia on the cold, dark winter days/nights here.

There is a distinct possibility that Stan The Man, Berdych, Ferrer, or DelPo could walk in the door...
