What win by your favorite player made you the happiest? A win that will bring a smile to your face till the day you die.

For me, my favorite player was Mats Wilander and his 1988 U.S. Open title may still be the happiest moment for me. Just thrilling and I still love watching it.

More recently, it would have to be Murray's Grand Slam breakthrough at the 2012 U.S. Open. After failing four times, it was so great to finally see him do it. And he topped it off with a Wimbledon title. Very gratifying.

Judging from the response, I guess people remember the painful losses more than the happy ones. :dodgy:

Does it have to be from 1988? ;)

OK, here comes the most predictable response from a Rafa fan: 2008 Wimbledon -- a match so incredible an entire book was written about it by one of tennis's greatest writers, Jon Wertheim.

Experiencing it live is something I'll never forget: the rain delays, the tiebreaks, the championship points lost -- it had everything.

Wimbledon 2009 final has to be up there. Felt sorry for Roddick as he played an unreal tournament but it was a very high quality match that was decided by fitness in the end with Federer winning 16-14 in the 5th.
