Racking up ranking points like a hungry shark :D
She (Simo) has only 135 points to defend until 20 May 2014 (Rome). :)
3 Mandatory events begging to be "eaten alive": Miami, In wells, Madrid (Miami - 80 points, Wells - 50, Madrid - 5).
Above her, players losing form like errani and petra.

Simona can be top 6 before the next grand slam in Paris. Clay is her best surface...
But in sports nothing is guaranteed. Injury or losing form will prevent that plan.
Anyway, she already beat 4 of the top 9 in the world, so she has more than have proved her rankings.
(Aga, Li, Petra, JJ beaten).
Comn Simona. You will revenge this lose :)

I hope Halep finds a new coach ASAP.Halep hasn't got a 'B' game to go to when her game isnt firing. That was obvious in her game against Domi.

1) Just on Twitter! Wim Fissette, 3 grand slams with Kim and one Wimbeldon Final with Lisicki announced officially that he will coach Simona start of next week in Paris! :) :) Looks like great news for Simona to get such a good coach. I could start a new thread about that, but I don't want to look silly and hijack the forum by talking about Simona all day.

2) I disagree with you about that and I see the lose in a totally different way than "no plan B".
Simo has one of the most complete plays in the tour but she has one (big) weakness which anyone can see. That's the lack of raw power in her shoots. She compensates by doing all other things very well.
She lost because she wasn't mentally in the match. That's why Serena lost too. They are just humans, not machines and failures will always happen. Domi was ready for her, Simo wasnt ready to fight and she was complacent and was just going by the motions. Sometimes, that makes the whole difference.
She has plan C and D but if the mind does not work then no plan will save her.

Well I am happy to see Halep with a coach.
In regards to her not having a 'B' game to go to.My commies on the match actually said the same thing.Sam Smith to be exact.Domi was the aggressor in the match and deserved her win.A big part of the game is the mentality and the belief to win.Still if a player's game isnt working on court it is up to the player to change that...which is also a big part of the game.

I know what you mean and I respect that :) but Simona imo has 3 and 4 dimensions to her game when it works. She cant change to "serve and volley"... :D She is only 168cm, an aggressive baseliner. That's what "we" are... ;)
In her case, plan B could mean drop shoots, slices, etc. It wouldn't work either on that day. Domi "destroyed" her, full respect to Dominika on that.

1) Its not "two... wonders". :) Simona Halep is a name of just one player. Same as Sugarpova. You can search in Google for "Simona halep" and see that its just one player which you can learn (much) more about. At present you have no clue who she is. :)

2) This "two one hit wonders" called Simona Halep beat Li Na(2 years ago), Aga (ranked above Sugarpova at present in 4th), Petra and Bartoli - Two Wimbledon champions, and two former NO.1 like Jancovici and Wozi. This is a wonder only when you have no clue what you are talking about like in your case.

3) Now that Sugarpove went downhill and is ranked 5th in the world after Aus open, I suggest to lower the tone a bit. Some humbleness on your part will go nicely, thank you.
After all, Sugarpova won only two events out of the 10 she played in 2013 compared to the SIX events won by the "two one hit wonders" Halep as you call her. Now, these two events that Sugarpova won, they were the real "two hit wonders"! :) - 20% success is not really that good, ask your Math teacher. Its wonders by random.
Are you sure you are feeling well? Maybe, perhaps, a little reality check? It wont harm you, believe me. :)

P.S. - Only 5 places differentiate between Simona and Sogarpova at present (5 and 10). I promise you that by this time next year this gap will be smaller, maybe even non existent! Simona will go up while your right arm shoulder... who knows... we shell see...
In short, try and have some respect to other players. I respect other players, you can try and do the same.
