Rafa seems to enjoy monopoly over racy and steamy ads.

He did one before with a Latino Singer, whose name I can't remember right now.

I have not seen any such ads by Fed/Novak/Murray etc.

Is it due to personal preference of players or Is he sought after by ad industry
due to his physique?

You're thinking of the music video with Shakira. Then there are the Calvin Klein ads and the NY Magazine cover. And I'm pretty sure the answer to your question is his physique.
