I don't know what she did or didn't do, but I hope her replacement will ban shrieking and relabel the tournament levels. Premier, International, etc are meaningless. Just copy the ATP's 1000, 500, and so forth such that even a casual viewer knows the importance and caliber. Is there a way to make these suggestions heard?
