Looks like no big surprises in Metz, but #2 Raonic losing to Dr Y is a big surprise.

Thought Stan might have sat St. Petersburg out. No rest for the wicked.

Stan probably committed to the tournament long ago so it was nice of him to still go after all the excitement in NYC

Hopefully Thiem is getting back to full fitness. Would be nice to see him have a strong finish. I guess he'll figure out a smarter schedule next year.

Thiem v. Pouille it is tomorrow in Metz. Zverev v. Wawrinka in St. Petersburg. Both would be worth watching.

He did it! First world tour title. Youngest guy ever to win this title. Great job, Zed! He was down about 0-3 in the 3rd. And Stan was looking good, until he kind of gifted his last serve.

Wonder if anyone saw Pouille v. Thiem. Is Thiem tired, or was he overwhelmed? Pouille has a big game. I was a bit surprised it was in straights.
