Sports Illustrated's Sportsperson of the Year
(I recommend you watch the video.)
As always with Serena, there's a lot of controversy, and some of the forum comments have been awful, including about the cover, and her dress for the awards ceremony (so I dropped in some photos.) Â I think she's a great choice. Tennis doesn't often get the nod, and I know that Djokovic fans are going to feel hard done by. Â (And yes, Billie, it does have something to do with that she's from the US, but not everything. Â There is this year, and an accumulation of accolades that got Serena the nod.) Â
