Do you like Qualifier 4 or Qualifier 5. I go with Qualifier 5.

Ha! Those are always the hardest calls to make. I usually go with number-theory. Do know, though, you get a chance to revise your picks before Monday, at which point some qualifiers will be assigned. Anyway, once, for fun, I picked all Qualifiers in the opening rounds, and I had better than 50% success with that! But whatever...if 5 is your man, I say stick with him! :)

In this tournament, actually all qualifiers will be named before the
deadline and we will get a chance to revise. However, in some ATP 1000
events, they schedule two main draw matches on the same day as
the last round of the qualifying matches and in those, it is really
a pain to pick.

Too true, and people complain about it all the time. In this case, the key is to remember to revise at the last minute. When there's no option, roll the dice and hope you get lucky. If you're paying attention, you can at least know who the qualifiers are, even if you don't know where they'll land.

Its always Berdych that determines how well I do in these challenges.. If I pick him and he falls early.. I am screwed.. If I don't pick him and he does well especially if Fed is playing which isn't the case here, I am screwed.. I will pick him to meet JMDP but not to win.. With my luck he will make the final or flame out before the 2nd round

Tented, you have jumped to the head of the class in our group! Haas and Anderson have me sinking like a stone, for the moment.

But, still you are above me. Your complaint is like Serena having
a bad year.

GSM, the draw challenge requires patience. Tomorrow we could both be revived. :)

I had forgotten all about it. I see I'm tied at the top with M0m0. It's great to be reminded he joined our group.

I now beat you by 2 pts, but my prognosis looks bad due to
back ache of JMDP.

You were alone at the top when I wrote it. Funny that Momo has joined our group. I hope he decides to come over and comment here soon.

Great job, AP! Bragging rights for the tournament for the TF Team. I got pulled out of the cellar by Rafa. There was an awful lot of red in my draw. Good fun! Thanks to everyone who participated.
