There currently isn't a separate forum, so go ahead and use this one. If enough people contribute to discussions of these topics, then we can create a new forum.

Is there a an internet forum or web site through which a player can
find other players at the same rating level and of course from the same
town, who are interested in playing. I have hard time finding players
with whom to practice.

I'm not aware of such a site, but it's a great idea.

I just googled " Find local tennis players" and a bunch of web sites popped up that do what you are looking for. I would give it a shot. If you are in toronto, give me a shout
