Hippophagy only occurs in France. ( I wish though it would be even better if it didn't occur at all.) Apparently hippophagy occurs all over the world & there have been many debates in America over whether hippophagy was always cruel & whether it is safe. What I read about hippophagy made me think about whether it was always cruel. I went from yes definitely to it depends on the circumstances.
