Nottingham 250 Grass

Something is odd about this event, it has a 48 player field, and it is a 250 event.
The 500 events have less players...


Anyway, here is the draw:

The reason for 48 player draw is that this is the only tourney of this week (not counting the qualifying tourney for Wimbledon where only folks ranked outside 104 participate).

This may change next year when there is one more grass tourney (in Turkey) is scheduled the week before Wimby.

Don't worry. He knows it is an insignificant tourney and so he is doing well. Once he reaches London, he will cool down.

Steve Johnson has reached the final, winning 3 games against Anderson to finish him off, then beating Seppi in straights to meet Cuevas in the final. Good to Johnson playing well again after a horrible first 5 months of the year.
