Hall of Fame Tennis Championships (no, they don't induct you into HOF, if you win this one ;) )
is the only Grass tournaments that is being conducted outside the regular grass season.
The draw is here. The field is very weak this year as it is competing with Hamburg and DC.
Only four players from top 50 are in it. Not even Isner is playing in it.

The top 4 seeds are
  1. Steve Johnson
  2. Ivo Karlovic
  3. Gilles Muller
  4. Marcos Baghdatis

Steve Johnson's stock is rising. However, I will go with Karlovic to win this one.

Steve Johnson defeated by Donald Young. Young will play G. Muller in the other SF.

The Ace Machine Dr. Evil wins the event by defeating Muller in the finals. Needless to say, that match went to three sets with each set ending in a tie-breaker.

While I know this event did not generate a lot of excitement, but Karlovic deserves some credit. He is now 37 and there was not such an old winner on tour for more than 2 decades.

I watched the final set TB. They both held MP's but Muller stuffed a volley which gave Dr. Ivo a MP on his on serve. Well played match really between 2 vets. Muller still titleless and Ivo won't go away. It really was a marvelous win seeing he had lost in the final the last 2 years running. :clap
