has to be losing this match. I remember many people favoured him to take out Federer in the final after seeing the form of the latter and the fact he had beaten him in YEC . The dream final was almost set when the second set finished and then a combination of Marcos showing up and David's thought on that final lost us that chance

I think this is one match which he would love to have a second chance at and would be his biggest loss

I thought it would be Queens Club final last year! He was winning against Cilic and got upset with a couple points played in the 2nd set, kicking an ad board that injured a linesman! He was disqualified right away and I've never seen anything like that before! Up a set and in control, I wouldn't have been that upset with a bad point here and there! What a goof; BIG REGRET I'm sure!

Wimbledon was the closest he got to winning a slam, but that final was so one-sided that I don't know if he can speak of serious regrets. The Baghdatis semi from the AO and the Roddick 2003 US Open semi stand out though.

I think nehmeth is right, though, about Wimbledon. Getting close in a SF only means you're that much closer to the final, where you still have to come good. At Wimbledon he had his shot at a Major. Since everyone thinks he should have won one, how could that not have been a big regret?
