If you weren’t a Roger Federer fan before today started, you probably will be by the time you’re done reading this.

The tennis legend apparently made a young cancer survivor’s Make-A-Wish come true at Wimbledon.

Beatriz Tinoco, an 18-year-old from Rockville, Md., survived a bout with cancer in 2011 and 2012. Tinoco recently blogged about meeting Federer and posted pictures on Twitter of her tale. (If you want to follow her, click here).

We’ll post her entire tale at the bottom, but this young cancer survivor flew to London, played tennis with Federer, went to his press conferences, hung out and bantered with her idol on her 18th birthday.

Tinoco’s story is starting to make the rounds on social media.

Federer, who turns 32 next Thursday, made the unusual move of participating in a pair of minor clay-court tournaments in the period between playing on Wimbledon's grass and shifting to the North American summer hard-court season.
