John's appearance on the last day of radio station KHJ - AM Superstar Week (27th September 1974) is such a unique & enjoyable listen. Nothing else quite captures how he is here . . freewheeling thru phone-calls, taking requests from the listeners (mainly his and the Beatles fans), answers questions, spinning tunes, reading live adverts, etc he sounded like he had a natural skill for it.
