Jelena Dokic eyeing another comeback

She had a promising comeback in 2009 - can she do it again?

Injury seems to be her biggest problem.

Hasnt played on the tour for over 1 year again due to injuries.
It will be tough for her.Currently she has no WTA ranking.

Agreed. She's going to have to rely on wildcards to get going. She does quite a lot with Tennis Australia so maybe that will help. She could likely get wildcards for most of the pre-AO tournaments. I guess it all hinges on whether Tennis Australia will give her one for the AO. I can't see her coming back at all if they don't.

tired of her short comebacks....she must be broke and needs money from Tennis Australia.This chick has had chance after chance after chance...its time to call it a day,no more gravytrain for you.
She should do it the hard way like Sesil or Baroni...

what did she do last time she had a 'comeback'..?,

i saw her in the wta world rank charts in the 100s or just inside the top 100 a while back, maybe its like a hobby where she likes to play tennis and isn't bothered about the results as she just enjoys being out there.

She'll easily get WCs to the tourneys in Australia in January, including the AO. After January, the ranking problem will be an issue.

Yes she will get w/card's in Australia,including the AO....I agree with your thoughts the ranking will be a problem after the AO.Also she is soo injury prone which dosent help her cause at all....going forward.
