Update 15 minutes after I posted this:
Looks like the "likes" were merged with another fake Simona Halep facebook page. It makes sense to merge because the likes were given to her. But this page is official for a change. It has the "v" sign besides her name.
In other words, thats more or less what she will get but who cares. Its exclusive
