Who is Jared Donaldson?

Evidently you don't read my endless "young gun" type threads as I've been mentioning him for awhile. He's an 18-year old American currently ranked #170. Right now he's the highest ranked American under age 22 (Jack Sock, Ryan Harrison, and Denis Kudla are all 22 and ranked #35, #126, and #139).
