Nice start to the week with Karen Khachanov edging out Aljaz Bedene at odds of 2.46. $5 returns $12.30.

Few interesting matches to bet on today :
Delbonis - Sela : Delbonis should win easy.
Verdasco - Carreno-Busta : the only question here is to know if Verdasco to ready to play 100% after his win in Bucharest. My opinion is that Carreno Busta struggles against lefties (4w/14l), he played Verdasco once and lost, he also has few losses against Delbonis for example. If Verdasco is fully commited, i think he will win.
Garcia-Lopez - Robert : GL should take it against the old Frenchman.
Tomic - Swartzman : will put a coin on Schwartzman. Tomic on clay is 16w/27l in career, this is his first round. Schwartzman won't be easy to beat.
Almagro - Sousa : not sure that they will play today, but Sousa has been playing so bad recently that I will put a coin on Almagro.

All the signals were flashing : he won in Bucharest, the final was delayed on the Monday, he arrived late in Estoril, weather conditions are completely different... and I put a bet on it... shame on me :)

Interesting match in Munich today : Sijsling vs. Kovalic. They played against each other in qualifications, Sijling won, Kovalic got a LL ticket, and replaced a seed player. Sijsling won his first round, Kovalic will play his first match in the main draw.
Interesting to note that the odds in qualifications were : Sijsling 2.65 / Kovalic 1.43 and today Sijsling 2 / Kovalic 1.83. Don't understand why Kovalic is still given as the favourite.

Will you bet on this one @britbox ?

Bit late to the thread and the match is over. No I didn't bet on it and Kovalic won... so kind of glad I didn't... but I wouldn't have bet on it because I don't know either player. If I was watching it live, then maybe a "live play/in match bet" based on what I was seeing, but I wouldn't have bet cold without knowing them. Did you have a punt?

Interesting match today : Puig vs. Pironkova in Madrid qualifications. Puig had a tough match against Kuznetsova yesterday evening. Tight 3 sets, finish late. No much time to travel from Prague to Madrid and be used to Madrid conditions. Will be very different there : much warmer, quicker and balls will be lighter compared to wet Prague.
She plays today afternoon and even if Pironkova is not playing so great, I think it will be very tough for Puig to win. Odds are not available yet on Unibet but Pironkova's odds should be above 2.

I'm quite liking Falconi over Chirico in the Madrid Quals. Straight win bet @1.82. Falconi won Bogota recently and also won their only previous meeting, albeit on hard courts.

I am on Unibet and they haven't put the Madrid matches in yet...

Agree for Falconi, looks tempting. I don't think Delpo will win, looks still a a bit too early for me, for Vesely, I agree that he can upset Dimitrov. If we go for surprises, Carreno-Busta @ 2.7 may be the one for me today : he played very well in the last two round and Simon has been a bit unconsistent recently.

I think I will go for an alternate bet on Karlovic - Granollers, on the number of games. Not many breaks to be expected.

Grand Slam of Losses yesterday - Vesely, Falconi, Delpo. Small bets as I thought the men were outsiders but none came in. $3 down for the week now.
