Bit of a surprise to hear Frank Maloney, former manager of Lennox Lewis, David Price and many other UK boxers is now Kellie Maloney. He's getting a ton of abuse on Twitter, but gutsy move IMO, must have been a tortured soul for years, so wish him all the best.

I don't know much about Maloney but it can't be easy to live with such feelings. After all you are who you are and I wish her all the best.

Did you know that Lennox Lewis moved to my city, Kitchener, ON when he was 12 and went to a local high school here? He still visits from time to time and we like to think of him as our own.:) After all he won an Olympic gold medal while fighting for Canada.

Yeah, I was a big fan of Lennox and know his background pretty well... but you Canucks aren't claiming him. He's a brit... although I think his real heart is actually in Jamaica. Great, classy champ.

wow, when I was a kid boxing promoters were as big as the boxers they promoted, terry lawless (awesome name for a boxing manager, or was it a stage name?), frank warren, don king and frank Maloney..and now one of them is going to be a woman..

that something you wouldn't have predicted on a version of the 'what happened next' round on a question of sport.
