A quick note on genealogical patterns: if your cheekbones are high, your "pappaw" might have been a Cherokee. Warren strikes me as being about 1/40th Native American, but if she says 1/32nd, maybe I should give her the benefit of the doubt. I also advise that at your next family reunion, look closely at your pappaw and mammaw to see if you can discover anything akin to what Warren describes:
