I don't know if he is going to be any good, in fact I dunno what he looks like but his is one of the uk's prospects (so-called).

Thanks for the head's up. You never know. Nice win for the kid. And since the middle-generation seem to be mostly duds...:puzzled

Dodig - Raonic 6-2, 7-6.

I was expecting Milos to have a tough task, because Dodig looks in good form, but this was just depressing.
Not just he looks very tentative on grass, but he never should have lost that TB, after Dodig served 2 DF. Both times he gave immediately back the points on his serve, with poor shots.

On a positive side, Finally Fernando strings 2 wins together, he dismissed Ramos with 6-4, 6-0

And Raonic is out. The faith in the Young Guns slides ever lower.

We have a Simon v Lopez final. They get to re-enact this matchup on Tuesday in the 1st round of Wimbledon as well.

Feliciano has a nice game for grass. I hope he wins it.

A lefty with a great serve and nice touch at the net. Great on grass alright. Form has been poor of late and I don't see him going far at Wimbledon personally but would be nice to see him win here.

Agreed on all counts, Front, including his results of late. ¡Vamos, Feli!

Very strange to see them to play each other back to back in a matter of a few days, while they have met only once more than 5 years ago.

A weird coincidence, they (Deliciano and Gillou) have the same age as Stan and Nicholas in the other final. A 31y old (Lopez) against a 28y (Simon).
I keep scrutinizing the players ages, just to demonstrate to El Dude, that the players DO NOT peak at 24-26y.

And Lopez gets the win! It was very tight until the 3rd, which I missed. Don't know what happened to Simon there. (Two TB sets then a bagel?)

Congrats to the 2013 Champ, F-Lo on his 3rd career title and first grass title.

Just a tad bit windy out there today

with those ribbons color-matched to his shirt, it kinda looks as if he's wearing some fancy scarf :)

Haha, just the thing I said to myself when I first saw it too and looked at it multiple times before i read your post :D Seeing as he's a poster boy fashion model type dude I assumed it actually could be a scarf ;)
