"Disappeared" posters

This thread is to talk about the posters that are no longer posting. Who do you miss and why? For me it is Si Si Simona. While a great fan of Simona's he never thought anyone let alone everyone else had to like her! That is rare on a tennis forum. Si Si come back and post some more I miss you!

Si Si hasn't been gone long, so hopefully will be back soon.

Some of us came from tennis.com and there are a few posters who used to post there I'd like to see on here - Gongoozler, Momoshiro are two who spring to mind.

Yeah, I remember those two. The Pistol and Bombadil, too. Doogansquest, did he make the journey?

On this site, I hadn't noticed Si Si being gone because, as you say, it's only a couple weeks. Maybe they're on holidays. It's a quiet period now, a few posters are resting. When the clay starts in earnest, we should see many return...

Tennisguy is another who posted infrequently on tennis.com but always made a lot of sense. He registered here but doesn't really post.

Bombadil was a bit like tennisguy, quality over quantity.

MikeOne was another poster I used to enjoy reading... although I know a lot of other posters (mainly Fed fans) didn't care much for him. He was a bit of an agent provocateur but underneath all the banter knew his stuff.

Bombadil was great especially on old tennis stars like Pancho Gonzalez. I remember he wrote a post and I wish I kept it, because it put the whole GOAT debate into deeper perspective than just stats. I don't know if Bombadil was old (I know he was old in the book ) but I sent him a pm on the old site and checked there recently and it hadn't been opened...

FedFan is one of my favorites. I wouldn't say he is disappeared, just very rarely around. Another southerner and sec fan.

I miss M0m0shir0 the most. He's intelligent, knowledgeable, and friendly. And I refuse to use past tense, because I'm hoping we'll see him again.

Si Si has not disappeared at all. His temporary absence is clearly explainable.
After all Halpe has not played any tournament since IW. Once, she is back in
action, so will Si Si.

FedFan's a great guy. I'd love to see him around here more, too.

Me, too. He drops in a bit, but this is the time of year he's likely to come back, so hopefully we'll see more of him soon.

I don't know all the posters that posted with all of you on other Forums, but I wanted to start the thread so everyone could post about who they missed. I started with Si Si because that was the only poster I could start with! The rest of you are doing fine with the thread and I hope Si Si is back when Simona plays again

There haven't been many disappointments since our move here, but M0m0 not being present is one of them. Easily among my top 3 favorite posters.

Agreed. Though a the MikeOne-Cali combo can be a bit much.

J-B is absolutely hysterical. I wish he'd post more often. He randomly emerges once every few months.

PS: I thought the thread title referred to real life people who have disappeared and "posters" referred to their faces on a piece of paper asking if anyone's spotted them.

Don't hear as much from Mog and Haelfix as much as in the past, unfortunately. They are here; I just don't seem to hear as much from them as in days gone by. There is another I will post separately about when I can think of him.
