the Tower of Tandil had accepted a wildcard for Tokyo next week (atp500), :D

has recovered from wrist sprain and can now hit full force 2h backhand, will play Tokyo, shanghai, basel, paris,.

Shanghai draw will be interesting with him, Nole and Rafa in. Anyway this is surely good news.

Well, he's a good replacement for Murray at least :D makes the draw more exciting.

Great to hear his left wrist is ok and he can hit the 2 handed BH again. All the slicing at the US Open was a clear indication something wasn't right.

He's probably also thinking about securing his spot in the WTF. He's currently No. 6, but he could drop out of the Top 8 if Federer, Wawrinka, and Gasquet gain enough points.

at least he does not drone on and on and on about injuries which is a bit tedious..

but the downside of that approach is that folk do not really know what is going on with him.

I googled him in the Argentine media, and read that it was a wrist sprain, and he is now fine. The droning on and on comes from how much you get asked about it by the press, btw. ;)
