For an all time great it's a bit sad that Uncle Toni does this, it just puts Rafa's legacy to question. Can he do it by himself or not??

Suddenly, those 14 slams aren't that impressive anymore. To be honest, I'm starting to wonder if he's as good as we thought he was.

This thread appears to be created to distract attention from Rafa pressuring ATP/ITF and getting Carlos removed from his matches. If we all have to start creating threads out of passing remarks of
posters, then there will be thousands of threads around here.

No one has to do anything, nevertheless create threads. If a thread doesn't interest you, then don't read it.

Besides, it's not like Broken (or anyone else, for that matter) is constantly creating threads based on remarks from other threads. Nor is it the first time such a thing has been done. There is certainly precedent for off-shoots of discussions to become separate threads. Many times I've created such things by pulling posts out of others myself.

No discuss ......if he wouldn't as good as we thought nobody would be so concerned about how he is doing, what he says and if he could win two or three more GS, you know what I mean....:snicker

This post appears to be created to try to one-up the silliness in the other thread. Distract? Because people here can't handle more than one thread at once?

Yes, that's how it works. We all need to focus our energies on one thread. Two or more are just too much to handle. In fact, I was checking out the day 4 schedule thread simultaneously and my lap top almost crashed.

In other news, I pulled some behind the scenes strings to get that other thread closed. I pulled a Nadal, if you will.

Valuable contribution as ever GSM. Keep the genius theories coming.

Actually this thread served its purpose perfectly. The notion is so absurd that even the most ardent Nadal detractors (save for the one who put the theory forward) are not entertaining it. But I agree it's no fun.
