Camping in Alabama!

Personally, I enjoy visiting the state's campgrounds with my family. Most have a lot of great activities onsite. I think these are the best ones for tent camping:
Oak Mountain State Park
Lake Guntersville State Park
Lake point Resort State Park

I grew up ten miles from Oak Mountain. It's a great park. They have a really cool pro mountain bike race there every year.

Camping is an outdoor recreational activity. Almost once in a month I go for camping with my family in different campgrounds of the USA. Last summer I went to Oak Mountain State Park with my family for camping there and enjoyed there a lot. The grounds were clean and very well kept. You are right Riotbeard! The park is awesome and offers plenty of hiking, biking, and fishing areas. It is also so great place for a picnic, too!
