The British and Irish Lions (A combination of the best rugby union players from England, Ireland, Wales and Scotland). This is a generally a huge occasion for Rugby fans - the Lions tour once every four years. 2013 sees them arriving in Australia.
The squad hasn't been picked yet, but here are my selections:
First stab at a Lions 35. Welsh dominated of course. I can't leave out Tipuric for Warburton, so Sam plays blindside in my starting XV. A lot of these guys are interchangeable with the 2nd XV. Lots of welsh players but not surprising considering they are double 6 nations champions. Captain would be from a shortlist of O'Driscoll, AW Jones and Warburton. Moved Jonathan Davies to inside centre.
