It definitely is a day for women's tennis as the men's is pretty uncompelling.
So many good matches: Aga vs. Genie, Bencic vs. Babos (if she comes to play), Daria vs. Petra.
Assuming Genie is healed from her concussion, think there may be an upset here.
I think Petra will win first set against Daria but then Daria will come back. Depends on heat, Petra tends not to do well with extreme heat.

why is Serena playing at the height of the afternoon....when she cant serve because of the sun...something is wrong with the scheduling..they are always trying really hard to stop her.
last night Zenka played well but the crowd was not feeling her wild over the top antics...if she was not an athelete I would say she took something...

Serena is playing at the time she is because that is when they want her to play. Serena is a big girl and can play in whatever conditions she has to play in; she shouldn't always get to play in conditions that favor her serving or this, that and the other. She is Serena, so it doesn't matter when she plays or where or who.
it would be okay for her not to struggle to serve because of the sun...she deserves respect not to be set up for failure.She has paid her dues...even the commentators who were calling her match said that its two matches in a row where she plays at the height of the day...
I have watched tennis for a long time and Serena is always being set up for failure...either its scheduling or draws..and the crowds that applaud loudly for each and everyone of her opponents..

She won 6-1, 6-2; so she coped with her situation quite well. Respect is not babying someone and knowing that they can win no matter the conditions. I mean damn the tournaments for not having 80 degree weather with partly cloudy skies and no wind all the time for Serena and everyone else.
