It's hard to say who's going to be tricky when folks are losing to unranked opponents playing in their first Slams :/
However I've seen Konta play well in the past and Van Uywanck so Venus and Vika might experience some pushback there.

Some really telling matches today. Im super curious to see how Mugu is playing. Halep has been lowering expectations by talking about how she's still in a lot of pain. She's not someone who would make that up and she usually plays through it so I'm guessing it's more of an issue than she's even letting on. Keys I'm expecting a let down in the first week. She's barely even played since summer...or stayed long enough in a tournament to play.
