Her game is the same as it was two or three years ago. There has been no progression, nor improvement in the tennis IQ for Giorgi.

I have to give Serena credit she played much better than I thought she would given she hadn't played a competitive match in quite some time. I think I would like her outfit more if it was a different color. I love the outfit just hate the color. It is good to see things firing how they should for the most part. I know it is early, but I do think many have dismissed Serena's chances here prematurely. She certainly has a decent draw I would say. I think confidence is everything and who has more of it than Serena. I would say we are entering a period of where we have seen Muguruza, Azarenka and even Radwanska find decent form, but we don't know how that form will hold against Serena who can certainly drain any confidence you might have had quickly. We will see what happens! Come on #7 and #22.

She was born in Italy, but, her parents are Argentinian.
