We're not sure yet, but we're working on it, and so is Comcast.

Just put the website address in, goto the forum and you should be able to login and post.

Yeah, that was weird. I thought either the site had crashed or my IP address had been banned ;-). Anyhow, I checked the site via my cellphone and then got on with the proxy server.

Get a supervisor
Explain the situation
Get them to write up a ticket and put it in the system
Ask them to bump you to the next tech level

Comcast cannot access the site - not even the techs. I have had my ticket bumped up to the third tier and it is being expedited. Maybe if we can get a few more in there it may move things along faster.

After I finally put the whole address in the workaround worked for me also :blush: :cover

Then the workaround wasn't working for me so I just found a different proxy site I'm determined to stay on this Forum with all of you anyway I can!

We are making progress. I got in with the old address, but then when I went to post here I was kicked out of the Forum. So I tried again and this time I was able to post here
