LOL I love this poll Keiran! :clap All polls should be like this! I put my vote in the Andy Murray Marriage Fits All. Really hope Andy gets another shot at Novak in the FO.

That's it! Come in, sit down, talk to the doctor... :popcorn:celeb:

I try not to sweat it since all my faves have gone "above and beyond" in every way! I feel fortunate that I can look back with fond memories the victories and accomplishments of Bjorn Borg, Martina Navratilova, Evonne Goolagong, Ivan Lendl, Pete Sampras, Martina Hingis, Justine Henin, Roger Federer, and Novak Djokovic! :clap :popcorn  :dodgy:

Hey Fiero! You jumped camp to Djokovic?

Lucky for you, this is a thread analysed by a shrink. Lie down there and tell me all about it. How long you been feeling like this? The shrink term for your condition, whereby you ditch one former king for another, is called Oedipus Next.... :popcorn

I have no shame in doing it! This is Nole's time and I look forward to him adding to his stellar record! Roger can only be an annoyance like '11 FO! If he beats Nole, the least he can do is go on and win the tourney! Such a waste! He's less of an embarrassment at Wimbledon, but will have to play better if he hopes to make it to week #2! :p :ras:

Barring Gulbis going back to his best I can't really see Roger losing before the 4th round to be honest and the 4th round is still week 2 :p

That's why they call them "upsets!" The so called experts didn't see it coming! Did you see Sodering in '09 in Paris? Did anyone see qualifiers like Rosol, Darcis, & Kyrgios in the last few Wimbledons when they took out Rafa? I think not! Mark my word, someone's going down in week #1! It has to happen sooner or later; maybe Rafa's deal with the Devil may have expired by now! lol! :devil :laydownlaughing

Roger could face Kyrgios in 3rd round. Just saying. But, I think Roger will be able to handle him in 5 sets. Kyrgios won't be able to serve well continuously.

Another candidate for R3, Isner could do it. He did it in 3 of 5 in DC on clay.

Excellent poll, Kieran! I'm going with optimistic for Rafa, because...why not? And I'm sending positive vibes to the Draw Gods.

I voted "Other". I'll be happy if either F3 or The Mad Doctor, or both, get past the first round. On the other hand, I'll be urinated if neither of them do.
As far as legitimate contenders are concerned...I'd love to see Djokovic win and Folks lose. It'd be even better if Djokovic would beat Folks.

Kind of anxious. Not really for Roger as I know it'd be a huge shock if he is even in position to take the title. But it's a potentially huge moment for a Nadal hater like myself. First step of ushering the Balding Bull out of the sport is for him to go down at RG. And if it's Djokovic winning this tournament I'm cool with that.

Moxie, this is wrong, you are not choosing from Kieran's options:devil:D

I'll go for the 3rd option regarding Nole, won't get my hopes up again. I really thought he was going to win last year, won set 1 nicely and was on his way....then Nole went sour for the rest of the match. All of his hard work previously went down the toilet with one silly virus (or whatever he had). I am already preparing myself for the worst possible draw for Nole (including Rafa and Andy in his half)

For what it's worth, I would still give Nadal a slight advantage in Paris. He is the only guy who knows how to win there, this is the most physical major to win, and the guy lost only once there before. Yeah he is bound to lose it again at some point but don't know if it will be this year.:)

A lot of people would like Nole to beat Rafa in RG it seems. Almost all of my friends. It would be nice as Rafa is the king of clay and as Nole often says "the ultimate challenge on this surface".

Come on, have some faith in F3:D

Just like the most of you, I have seen Nadal lose to Murray on clay in straight sets. If this wasn't enough, he played like an idiot against Wawrinka and had no answer to his onslaught, even though Fed clearly did. With Djokovic playing the way he is now, I am just going into the panic room and wait till it all settles down. Nadal would have to pull a Houdini to get away with this one. No matter what he does, there is none of that animalistic intensity that he brings to the court.
