Some big names here, one of which I do not quite understand: Delpo; I wish he played in one of the tournaments last week and rested for a week before AO. Now he is going to play almost 3 weeks in a row, in a hot environment, where conditioning will be important.
He might know what he is doing of course...

DelPo does this a lot and I'll never understand it either. These people with some chance of winning a slam aren't putting themselves in the best position. ie. Radwanska who played hopman cup and playing this week in Sydney with her shoulders heavily taped! That's 4 weeks with an apparently sore shoulder. I .. have no clue. :nono

Hmmm. Not so sure he does! We'll find out if he crashes out early in Melbourne. Doesn't sound too clever an idea to me.

Well Aggie lost her match today so she'll get some rest! So much for being #1 seed! Bethanie Mattek-Sands? :nono

Delpo showed up kind of late and was talking about his jet lag. Could explain the first set.

Dolgo beating JJ 6-2, 6-2 is not a good score for Jerzy.

Not at all, considering Dolgo is out of the top 50

Delpo takes the first set against Radek 6-4. If I was a pro player, Radek would be one of the guys I would hate to play against. Awkward style, no rhythm...

Yep. He does not give you any rhythm.

Talking of Radek, I remember once Radek won a math against Fed on clay
(I think it was Rome several years ago). Then in the post match interview Fed said "you cannot win matches on clay if you play like Radek did". ;)

Stepanek is a tough opponent, but Juan Martin got him in 3. Also Tomic in 3 over Kavcic.

The final would be a battle between two potential Nadal Slayers in AO.

Good. Let Tursonov wear that silly Del Potro out. That'll teach him to show up this late.
