I can see her challenging Serena, but not beating her. Alli has to serve well and take the net away from her, but Serena appears to have cleaned up her ground game. I see 2 tight sets between them. Maybe 6-4, 6-4

The fact that they have not played each other makes this interesting. I have seen Alison choke many matches in the past and there is no way, she wins this in three sets. However, Serena will take only one set of the first two sets if not both. Final conclusion: Serena will win for sure (and I think in two sets).
