I was super impressed with Ash yesterday in her match with Maria,one of the main reasons was she turned around her game against Maria from the first set.She attacked Maria's forehand which can break down and came to the net more often when she got a short ball.Ash has a great tennis brain and I love the variety in her game.I wish she was taller.
This will be a rematch of the Sydney final,though I am picking Petra in 3 sets,though I will be delighted if Ash wins.

Thanks Baron.I was nearly going to post in Ash's match,but when she had a double break in the 3rd set,I knew Maria would come back......I could not watch when she served for the match.....though I was soo proud of the way she toughed out the match.

Flawless 1st set from Petra 6-1,Ash was just a bystander at the back of the court.Ash needs to be more aggressive and take more chances in the 2nd set.When Petra plays tennis like this,it is just great to watch.
