Can't understand why they put Sveta's match on center court instead of Petra's. :dodgy:

1. Petra is a two time Wimbledon champion.
2. Petra is higher ranked than Sveta.
3. Last, but not the least, she is playing against a pretty girl.

Woz on CC instead of Petra and Konta. Blonde policy? If not, that is a head scratcher.

Maybe because if it lives up to its potential the Woz vs. Kuz match could be better than a P3tra three setter meltdown.

Serena is not european :snicker
Nishikori is not european..if this was pova playing with all her doping they will cheer pova over Serena thats how much they dislike the sisters ...all they see is their skin color.
Serena spoke about how hurt she was during the Heather Watson match, the behavior of the crowd towards her..the hostility was too much....even today they were extra loud for an unknown player...all they were seing was black girl against white girl.Serena and the girl embarrassed them by hugging it out at the net.

Crowds root for who they want. I mean did Serena expect the crowd to root for her during the Watson match especially when it seemed like she might pull off the unthinkable. Serena has been playing at these events for how long now? She knows how these crowds can be. Serena is on top, most people like seeing the underdog win. I am in the minority.

The crowd were on Berdych side when he beat Fed a few years ago I think they were as well when Tsonga beat Fed , but no crowd anywhere really cheers that much against Fed because of his style of play. Not everyone likes the power game of players like Serena and Rafa. Did you watch Dustin Brown or Kygrios beat Rafa ? The crowd were cheering for the low ranked players both matches and I expect the crowd will be cheering Willis against Fed today if it gets close at any point and turns into a Serena v Watson type match.

Well Federer is even keel, it is hard for anyone to not like Federer. Let's be real, Serena has mellowed out over the years, but she does have a manner of sticking her foot in her mouth sometimes. I am a big believer in moving on, but some people have a hard time moving past Serena and her past.

so its okay for Roger to use obscenities or Djokovic throwing his racket into the stands, swearing and screaming at ballkids...o yeah they get a pass for bad behavior..what about Venus ..they also root for all her opponents..
..Djokovic insults women but gets a pass ..if Serena had been found doping the internet will crash they will call her every name in the book..they never complain about Djokovic winning everything. but complain about Serena winning...an IMG executive recently said that they want to feminize the WTA at the top obviously insinuating that WTA is too musculine at the top...

I was speaking about Federer. As far as Federer is concerned he has very rarely done anything worth malice by crowds. As far as other players, I wasn't talking about them. Roger is very PC. He doesn't like to ruffle feathers which a lot of fans in tennis appreciate. Not once did I say anyone should get a pass for bad behavior, but you know as well as I do Serena can be far more explosive with her comments and emotions than Roger Federer had ever been with that comes reactions from crowds.

Roger has said a lot of stuff thats swept under the rug..remember his war of words with Djokovic and his family or the way he and wife ganged up on Wawrinka calling him names..
