Aga leads the series 2-1

All meetings have been on hard courts. Carla winning the most recent one in 3 sets at Miami last year. Aga has won their only slam match in 3 at the 2012 USO.

Aga almost lost her previous match. Firedsam was leading by a heavy margin in 3rd set, but started cramping and Aga pulled it to 5-5 and then the last two games Friedsam was literally unable to play. she even got a point docked due to delay of play.

After winning like that, Aga will surely want to make good use of the second life and send CSN thrashing. CSN is not intelligent. Aga has superior tennis IQ. Aga in 2.

The last two previous matches went 3 sets. CSN will not rollover. If Aga is to win, it will most likely be in 3. While CSN may not be as smart as Aga they are very evenly matched in skill level. Neither will blast the other off the court so expect some long rallies, slices, droppers and trick shots.

CSN is very quiet and unassuming...Aga runs down everything thats all..if she is so smart she should not struggle against the likes of pova and vika...I think she is overrated. The player that used a lot of smarts was Hingis...she could outwit her opponents whereas Aga defends and defends thats all..waits for errors.

See Aga toying with Vika in 2014 Australian Open. Especially, watch the third set when Aga Bagels Vika.

CSN will not rollover. But, Aga will get it done in two sets, one of which will be tight.

she seems very humble and never causes any drama or say anything negative about other players...

Or more appropriately, you should say, she is from Spain (and so you like her).

Congrats to Aga :clap
Difference in the differentials is 25. (Aga +2, CSN -23). That is the story of this match.

In today's match, once Aga sent a powder puff 110 second serve. CSN's return winner's speed was 133. This is what will happen to Aga, if she had to face Serena in SF.

If by some outside chance Maria wins the other QF, Aga has some chances in SF.

And what does it has to do? or you think that she doesn't have a beautiful game and backhand because she is from Spain?

Just teasing you. CSN does have above average backhand, not Heninsque though.
