Two of my favorites, but rooting for Kei. I think and hope that Kei gets this done relatively easily.

fans are going berserk in japan I heard ?. they'll be gathering around those flexible tv that's might have just come out or maybe not (I dunno).

actually I was watching 'click' a bbc techno show with tech boffin presenter spencer Kelly, he was in south korea I think looking at some of those tvs that bend like a plastic lid.

anyway,,who;s going to win ?..um I dunno (again). someone in 3/4/5 sets.

Every time Nishikori wins a match, it's one of, if not the top story of the day. Things will go nuts again if he makes the SF or F. And if he wins the whole tamale? Holy Cabooses.

^ Quite possible as Kei is very inconsistent, especially with his serve and if Jo has a good serving day then that spells trouble.

I think if Jo wins, it will be by completely overpowering Kei and can only happen in quick 3 sets.

Kei is probably the favorite to reach the final, especially if Monfils beats or further extends Federer. I can't see Taonga troubling him too much here.

I have a feeling this is a rejuvenated JowillieTs, I like the way he is serving , his movement and decision making is better. I got him overpowering kei in 4 sets .

Oh, that could happen in theory. I tend to think, though, that Jo reached his peak knocking off Tomas and that the sunrise from Japan will prevail in four sets. But, if Jo is for real, then all bets are off.

So hard to call. And I like both players, as well, though I have longer been a fan of Tsonga. I'd say Kei is steadier, but Jo can out-punch him. If Jo is on, it might be a big battle, and I was thinking, if it went 5, the crowd and his power might get Jo-Wil through.

Trying to ignore my bias towards Nishikori, but I guess he wins in 4. He's simply been a better player in the last year at least, and the H2H is not 4x1 for nothing.

I can't see the match but Tsonga is up 4-0 in the first set. It seems like he's been playing extremely well this tournament.
