No way Raonic is going to take this. Federer in three, he might lose one set in a tiebreak.

I wonder if a helpful mod might be able to edit the poll so we can see who voted and which way, please?

Cheers!

Not sure about Fed in 3 at all. Raonic is looking scary good and playing well enough to win the whole thing imo.

Raonic's movement looks light years better this tournament, served unreal today and even his usually crap backhand looks better. Gonna be tough as hell for Fed.

Plus Raonic's return of serve has really improved. Kyrgios got only 15 aces today in the end I believe. Testament to Raonic's return being very high standard.

Yea sometime just after the French I think I posted something along the lines of "I think Raonic could win a major". I'm switching that to saying I think he will win at least one. The movement and all around play has developed for him and he has the monstrous serve. It would surprise me a little if he won this tournament this year but he is going to be a threat to win Wimbledon for many years to come. I hate to say it but he has a damn good chance on Friday.

Nick's serve wasn't so fast today but yeah, Raonic showed great maturity and handled himself impeccably. A lot depends on how he handles the pressure of the occasion: will he be satisfied with his lot, or does he have it in him to shove Federer out of the way?

I think the four semi-finalists see this one as a huge chance, especially Federer, for whom it might realistically be his last chance to win a major. He's not gonna let it slip against Milos. Federer's serve is quite handy still, and I expect him to have too much game for the youngster....

The 12-10 in the 5th match against Gasquet definitely zapped Nick's power a bit but he had an amazing tournament and the new ranking will propel him to better things hopefully even before the end of the year. Looking forward to seeing how he does on the US hard courts.

He'll need to serve like he did against Müller. Maybe 25 aces isn't needed but it'd sure help! Not too confident about this match to be honest.

I am saying Rog in 5 absolutely brutal sets. Wouldn't be surprised Raonic wins though, that is serve is a real tough nut to crack.

Raonic will not be up for the moment. The crowd will be solidly for their adopted son. Roger Federer in three.

Honestly don't think it'll be as easy as 3 sets. It might go 5. Wouldn't be surprised if raonic wins

I didn't vote 'cos I've no idea but Raonic winning if he can compose himself and serve like a demon wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.

It's hard to predict, alright. I remember Sampras beating Becker in straights in the semi in 1993, and that was unexpected. Same day, Courier beat Edberg. I was sure we'd have a fourth Becker-Edberg final. And bear in mind, both Pete and Jim had won majors.

Raonic and Dimi may soar - or flop...

I am the lone outsider here, just to be different, Raonic in 5 and of course I am a Canuck!

You may have a better chance than the Brits did picking Murray over Dimitrov! ;)

Yea this is a five setter I think. Feds days at trivially taking out giants are long gone, and he has been susceptible to being simply blitzed off the court. Still the s/v, the block back returns and the slice is going to drive Raonic nuts so I think Roger takes it, but then again he might lose in three really easy sets.
